Methods of Payment
Jet-Tek offers a number of payment methods to process your order in a fast and simple way. First time order are typically credit card or COD. Below is a list of payment methods accepted:
• Credit Card (4% handing fee)
• WireTransfer ($45.00 incoming wire fee)
• Company Check
• Cashiers/Certified Check
• Credit Terms (Qualified Customers Only)
Overseas customers are required to pay by credit card or wire transfer.
To Place an Order
After you receive a quote from your salesperson, choose your form of payment:
• If the order is going to be C.O.D. then we require a hard copy Purchase Order. We accept Purchase Orders by fax at 727-499-9809 or you can email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
• If you would like to pay by Credit Card, download our Credit Card Authorization Form, fill it out completely including signature and fax it to 727-499-9809 (If you don’t feel comfortable faxing the credit card number, just exclude the card number on the fax and your sales rep will call you for it). To ensure your order is promptly and correctly entered into our system no orders will be processed until we receive a Purchase Order or Credit Card Authorization Form. Please fax all orders to 727-499-9809.
Wire Transfers or T/T’s is just another payment option you have when placing an order with Jet-Tek. By sending a Wire Transfer you get the peace of mind knowing that your funds are safely and accurately deposited into our account. As a result of high banking cost a flat fee of $45.00USD will be added to your Invoice to cover the cost of processing your order. Please be sure to add any costs charged by your bank, so the correct amount is transferred to our account. Below you will find the information you need to send us a Wire Transfer. Please reference our invoice number on all transfers!
